NSP Pre-matric Scholarship 2024: The NSP Pre Matric Scholarships Scheme for Minorities 2022-23 is an initiative by Govt of India for students studying in Class 1st to 10th and belonging from a minority communities. Eligibility Criteria:
To apply for NSP Pre-Matric scholarship 2024, an applicant must be eligible. Check the eligibility criteria in below points.
Applicant must belong to the minority community (Muslims, Sikhs, Christians, Buddhists, Jains, and Zoroastrians/Parsis)
Applicant must be studying in Class 1 to 10 in India in a government or private school including residential Government institutes
Candidate must have secured at least 50% marks in the previous year exams.
Applicant’s family income should not be more than INR 1 lakh per annum from all sources.
NSP Pre-metric Scholarship 2024 Amount
The NSP scholarship amount varies depending on the background, class of study, and ministry the student is eligible to receive the scholarship. Students from classes 6 to 10 will get ₹500 per year as an admission fee. In addition to this, they will also get a grant fee of ₹ 350 per month.
Benefits
The selected candidates will receive various benefits of NSP Pre-matric Scholarship 2024. Some benefits of the scholarship are as follow-
- Admission fee for Class 6 to 10 (both hostellers and day scholars): INR 500 per annum
- Tuition fee for Class 6 to 10 (both hostellers and day scholars): INR 350 per month
- Maintenance allowance for 10 months in an academic year (day scholars): INR 100 per month for Class 1 to 5
- Maintenance allowance for 10 months in an academic year (both hostellers and day scholars): INR 600 per month for hostellers and INR 100 per month for day scholars.

- Students’ passport-size photograph.
- Aadhaar Card.
- Bonafide Certificate.
- Self-attested marksheet.
- Residential/domicile certificate.
- Verification Form to be provided by the institution.
- Fee receipt of the current course year.
- Income certificate.
- A self-certified community certificate
Note – The format of the file documents must be.pdf and .jpeg and the size of each document should not exceed more than 200 kb.
