Eligibility Criteria:
- Students from Tamil Nadu and Maharashtra state can participate in this scholarship program
- Students enrolled in the first year of Commerce stream in 6 specified colleges in Maharashtra and Tamil Nadu are eligible.
- Annual family income must be 3.6 lakhs or below.
- Applicants must have passed class 10 and 12 with 65 % marks in their class.
- Academic year of class 12 must be 2022 and 2023 session
Award Details
Up to INR 30,000 per year for three years to cover the academic expenses.
Selection Process:
- Initial shortlisting of applications based on the eligibility criteria specified
- Document verification
- Telephonic interview of shortlisted candidates post document verification
- The final selection and awarding of the scholarship will be at the discretion of Kotak Life Insurance Company Limited.

- Classes 10 and 12 mark sheets and passing certificates
- A government-issued identity proof (Aadhaar card/ voter ID card/driving license/PAN card)
- Current year admission proof (fee receipt/admission letter)
- Student ID card or bonafide certificate issued by the institution
- Income proof (Form 16A, income certificate from government authority, salary slips, etc.)
- Bank account details of the applicant (Bank passbook/cancelled cheque)
- Recent passport-size photograph.
